Það er okkur sönn ánægja að kynna inn nýjasta viðskiptavin Félagakerfa en Samtök starfsmanna fjármálafyrirtækjanna (SSF) eru kominn í hópinn. SSF sáu mikinn hag í því að ná betur utan um félagsmenn og þá lágmarka þann tíma sem fór í það að halda utan um umsóknir en rúmlega 6.500 umsóknir bárust félaginu á árinu 2018. Í óformlegri könnun Félagakerfa þá eru stéttarfélög almennt allt frá 20-30 min með afgreiðslu og úrvinnslu pr. umsókn. Ef við yfirfærum það á heildarfjölda umsókna hjá SSF þá þýðir að á einu ári samsamar það 270 – 400 dögum í vinnu*. Það sýnir sig afhverju verkalýðshreyfingin er að líta svona sterkt á sjálfvirknivæðingu.
